April 21st, 2020

Beginning today, °®¶¹´«Ã½College is opening up 3C.1 as an indoor day shelter.

The shelter will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily and clients will enter by 2100 Atwater. The use of °®¶¹´«Ã½is restricted to 3C.1, also known as the third floor cafeteria.

Mobile toilets and sinks are set up outside.

Working on solutions and processing applications

°®¶¹´«Ã½College is working on solutions to salvage the semester and applications are being processed as usual.

As of March 23, the Admissions Team had sent out 4,700 offers of admission.

°®¶¹´«Ã½College student Tristan Hamer has created a volunteer movement of young people in high school and CEGEP to provide free or pay what you can babysitting services for people in need of childcare during the school shutdown.
