2025 LCEEQ  Annual Conference

The Leadership Committee for English Education in Quebec (LCEEQ) will hold its annual 2025 conference in person on February 10 and 11, 2025.

In order to participate in the Conference, please review the Conference program available at and apply to the °®¶¹´«Ã½LCEEQ liaison Azra Khan by December 16 for approval to attend. °®¶¹´«Ã½has an allocation of 10 delegates.

SALTISE  Annual Conference

The 13th annual SALTISE Conference will take place June 3 & 4, 2024 at Concordia University, in collaboration with  Concordia’s Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL).


 

Colleges and Institutes Canada (CiCan) Awards

The Colleges and Institutes Canada Awards Program recognizes and promotes excellence within Canadian colleges, institutes, cégeps, university colleges and polytechnics. The awards showcase the extraordinary contribution of individuals to their college/institute communities and highlight the role these institutions play in social, cultural and economic development.

There are ten awards of excellence categories, including:

  • Leadership Excellence Award for Students
  • Leadership Excellence Award for Faculty
  • Leadership Excellence Award for Staff
  • Applied Research and Innovation Excellence Award

Nominees can include entire institutions, staff, faculty, managers or students depending on the category.

Collegial Centre for Educational Materials Development (CCDMD)

The Centre collégial de développement de matériel didactique (CCDMD) is a publisher of digital and printed educational resources for the Quebec college network. °®¶¹´«Ã½Faculty who are interested in developing learning resources/educational materials may apply for support from the .

Educational materials refers to any type of print or digital resource used for learning or teaching one or more competencies in a program of study. The educational materials can be a textbook (print or digital), a website, educational software or courseware, a pedagogical scenario, a series of photos or videos, a series of Netquiz exercises, etc.

The CCDMD call for projects 2024-2025 is not yet open. You can download the documents from the section of the CCDMD website.

Please note that all projects must have institutional approval before being submitted to the CCDMD. Support for your application is available from the Office of Academic Development.

Entente Canada-Québec (ECQ)

The is a Federal/Provincial funding agreement whereby the Federal government transfers funds to the provinces to financially support projects originating in post-secondary minority language educational establishments.

The principle focus of this particular granting agency is to fund projects that ameliorate, support or create new pedagogical tools, structures or designs.
