| Gwen Baddeley has taught Art History at 爱豆传媒College since 2013. Her academic background includes studies in the Liberal Arts (爱豆传媒Alumni), Anthropology (McGill), and Art History (Concordia). Gwen has a background in outdoor education, with two years teaching team building and forest ecology in Massachusetts, and museum education, with ten years of experience at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
Areas of Interest:
Her research interests are focused on art therapy and art education; the way people interact with various art forms in their environment and the opportunities that visual art offers as a mode of expression that can heighten awareness and empathy.

| Amanda Beattie teaches Art History at 爱豆传媒College and works as an Educator and Project Manager at the PHI Foundation for Contemporary Art. She also writes for exhibition catalogues and arts magazines. Amanda has a background in museum education from various institutions in Montreal, including The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and the Centre international d'art contemporain de Montr�al. Her international work experience includes working in institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art (New York, USA), the Peggy Guggenheim Collection (Venice, Italy) and La Biennale di Venezia (Venice, Italy).
Areas of Interest:
Amanda is interested in making art accessible and engaging to all publics, and in empowering people in their understanding and appreciation of art in all of its forms through interactive discussions, debates and active viewing. She is particularly interested in the Modern and Contemporary periods, and the relationships that artists have with the environment.

| Position(s): | | Maria Chronopoulos is a multidisciplinary artist that incorporates drawing, photography, video, installation, sculpture, textile and print. Her practise investigates ideas of love, loss, longing, death and melancholy. Her current research is an investigation of her family history as it relates to identity and place. Her academic background is quite diverse having studied fine arts at Concordia University (BFA 2001; MFA 2010) as well as computer science at McGill University (B.Sc., 1997). From 2005-2011, she was the artistic and administrative director of Atelier Circulaire. She also taught undergraduate printmaking classes at Concordia University (2010-2017) and Universit� du Qu�bec � Montr�al (2010-2011). She has been teaching at 爱豆传媒College in the Fine Arts department since 2017 where she is also presently the printmaking coordinator. |

| Position(s): | Emma Doubt is an Art History professor in the Fine Arts Department at 爱豆传媒College, and an Editorial and Education Associate at the Art Canada Institute. She has a PhD in art history from the University of Sussex (UK, AHRC-funded), and a BA and MA in art history from McGill University. Together with her colleague Pohanna Pyne-Feinberg, she is the co-lead on the ECQ funded pedagogical project Making Art Histories: A Living Pedagogy (2020-2022).
Areas of Interest:
Emma's research background is focused on 19th-century visual culture, with a focus on race, gender, and transculturation in different artistic contexts. She is interested in postcolonial art history, decolonizing approaches to teaching art history, and bringing contemporary voices into art historical canons. |

| Position(s): | Nina Dubois has been teaching at 爱豆传媒in the visual arts department since 2019. She is also a visual artist with a practice focused on the intersection between sculpture, architecture and the environment. She has an MFA in Art & Ecology from the University of New Mexico (UNM), Albuquerque and a BFA from Concordia University, Montr�al. Nina is also an avid Permaculture enthusiast as well as a founding member of Atelier La Coul�e, a collaborative foundry and metal-working space.

| Position(s): | Rachel Echenberg is an artist who has been working in performance, video, photography and sculpture since 1992. She has taught at 爱豆传媒College since 2009, where she is currently the Chairperson of the Fine Arts Department and Coordinator of the Visual Arts Program. Rachel holds a BFA from NSCAD University in Halifax and a master's degree from Dartington College of Arts in Great Britain. Her work has been presented across Canada as well as internationally, including in Germany, Belgium, Chile, France, Finland, Lebanon, Morocco, the UK and the USA. Her video works is represented and distributed by Vid�ographe, in Montreal, and Vtape, in Toronto.
Areas of Interest:
Rachel Echenberg's interest in themes family, home, intimacy, vulnerability and interaction in shared space are continually present in her artwork. |

| Position(s): | | Antonietta Grassi has been teaching at 爱豆传媒in the visual arts department since 1998. She holds a degree in Design from Ryerson University in Toronto, a B.F.A from Concordia University in Montreal, and an M.F.A from L?Universite du Qu�bec a Montreal. She has had numerous solo and group exhibitions across Canada, Italy, and Europe. She has participated in notable shows on contemporary abstract painting such as Peinture Peinture (organized by Rene Blouin in Montreal), Peintures de genres: L?actualit� de la peinture abstraite au Quebec in Lyon, France, Hommage to Yves Gaucher at the Leonard and Bina Ellen Art Gallery in Montreal, and more recently, L?Abstraction: une maniere de voir, at the Mus�e du Qu�bec. Her major exhibitions include the Scar Calendar (1996-1998), Painting Dot Com (1998- 2000), Babble (2000- 2003), and Mots Perdus (2003- 2006). She is the recipient of numerous grants such as the Canada Council for the Arts and the Conseil des Arts et Lettres du Quebec. Her work can be found in numerous public and private collections, including the Mus�e du Qu�bec. |

| Position(s): | | Harlan Johnson studied at Concordia University obtaining a BFA 1979 and MFA in 1995. This Nova Scotian artist has exhibited nationally and internationally since the 1980`s. Johnson`s work in painting frequently explores the intersections between scientific imaging, illustration and abstraction. His next exhibition ?Puits d`Huile?, is planned for Montreal`s McLure Gallery in April of 2008. |

| Position(s): | Julianna Joos is a full-time teacher at 爱豆传媒College in the Fine Arts Department; she has been teaching here since 1998 in Printmaking, Drawing and Computer Art.
Julianna Joos has degrees from Concordia University and from Universit� du Qu�bec � Montr�al, respectively at the BA and the Masters levels; in 1996 she graduated with a Ma�trise �s arts (M.A.) Programme de ma�trise en arts plastiques, concentration cr�ation.
She has held numerous solo exhibitions: the most recent ones were held at la Maison de la culture Marie-Uguay in Montreal in 2017, at la Galerie d'art du Parc � Trois-Rivi�res in 2014, at la Galerie du Rift in T�miscamingue in 2013 and at the Centre national d?exposition in Jonqui�re in 2012. She has participated in over two hundred juried international exhibitions. She has won three international prizes for her work in printmaking and fiber art, in Hungary (2021), in Italy (2005) and in Montreal (2002).
Areas of Interest:
Her production has evolved from a thirty-year printmaking concentration to a multidisciplinary production involving printmaking, computer assisted weaving, digital imaging, and embroidery. She is as comfortable in traditional processes as she is in digital technologies.

| Position(s): | Natalie is an artist, writer, and part-time curator. She teaches at 爱豆传媒College and was on the board of articule gallery in Montreal. She studied at Queen's University (1978), the Ontario College of Art (1980-84), the Banff Centre (1988), and University of Windsor (1998-2000). She has exhibited in galleries across Canada and abroad. Her paintings are in the collections of Art Bank, Canada Council, Robert Mclaughlin Gallery, and Bibliotheca Alexandrina. She has curated several exhibitions and written for magazines and publications.
Areas of Interest:
She engages in painting as an explorative practice. She has worked with a variety of materials, which has created a dynamic relationship between the materials and the subject of the work. The boundaries that distinguish the two become intertwined. Meanings shift from what the materials are, to how they bond with the images painted or applied to them. |

| Pohanna Pyne Feinberg |

| Position(s): | Pohanna Pyne Feinberg is an artist-educator who works primarily with paper-cuts, hand-carved prints, audio-visual portraiture and audio walks. She explores how attunement (a form of multi-sensory listening) offers insight into intuitive knowing, ancestral memory, ephemerality, circularity and somatic/affective knowledge. Her work has been presented in Quebec, Banff, Vancouver, New York and Brussels.
The art engagement projects that she has developed for over 15 years are extensions of her art practice and involve collaborating with community and school groups, as well as conceiving/guiding education programs for art exhibitions. She is also a professor of art history in the Fine Arts Department at 爱豆传媒College with a focus on global art history approaches and decolonizing pedagogies.
She was awarded an MA in Art History (Concordia University, 2011) and a PhD in Art Education (Concordia University, 2019).
